What you get. When you agree to come into The Healthy Empath program, you will receive:

Access to 12 months worth of informational (mainly videos and articles) material, and any new material posted to the program.

Access to two Facebook groups - Calling All Empaths, (filled with wonderful empaths just like you) and The Healthy Empath (exclusive to those who have taken this program).

One group call per month, set to accommodate the majority. If you are unable to make a call, there will be a replay available shortly after the call.

20% referral fees, paid monthly to you for those you refer to The Healthy Empath. This payment will be made for all months both they and you remain in The Healthy Empath program - or in the Alumni status
Complimentary Service. The Healthy Empath is meant to be used for fun, or as an add-on service to help you feel better. It is not meant to replace any medical practitioner or advice, psychological practitioner or advice, or any medications.
Do no harm. Though it will never be our intention - if the information within The Healthy Empath, or any advice, suggestions, or help that is given by ThyraWhitford.com, or anyone related to the business of ThyraWhitford.com, such as the Group Leads, administration, or IT support, offends or causes any problems, ThyraWhitford.com will not be deemed responsible or liable.
Timing of this program. The Healthy Empath is a 12 month program. The start date will be the 1st of the month, though orientation and the group calls will be later.
If you choose to relinquish your membership before your 12 months is over, this is acceptable as long as you give your 30 days notice in writing. If, however, you choose to come back into the program several months later, you will be placed in the most current group and start again at the beginning of the program.
The Alumni Program. When you wish to continue, at the end of these 12 months, there is an Alumni program that has many perks and a reduced fee (US$49.50*/mo) to remain. Staying in the Alumni program means you:

Continue to have access to the course and all new material that comes in.

Continue to have access to the Facebook groups to keep your connections and make more

Receive an invitation to all other group calls from the groups now going through the 12 month program, (for more practice, to connect with others, or to hone your skills as a leader in becoming a Group Lead).

Will get one group call per month to hone or work on your empathic skills

Will be invited to the Master Mind calls that happen once per month

Will continue to receive any and all referral fees for those you have successfully enrolled that continue in The Healthy Empath program - or the Alumni

Have a chance to use The Healthy Empath program to enhance or kick-start your own business, by becoming a Group Lead.
If you choose to relinquish your membership, you may continue to join us in our Facebook group, Calling All Empaths. All other perks will no longer be available.
If you decide to leave us after completing the assigned 12 months of The Healthy Empath and, at any time in the future you wish to come back to The Healthy Empath as an Alumni Member, you will be welcomed with open arms. Your re-start-up fee and all months following will remain the regular fee (US$49.50*/mo). No residual referral payments for those you brought into The Healthy Empath will be paid out for the months of your absence, however, residual payments will again commence upon your return for anyone you referred to the program that remains.
Payments. You will be expected to pay US$99* on or before the 1st of every month you are participating in The Healthy Empath program. If you are from Canada, we will cover the G.S.T., P.S.T., and H.S.T for you.
If you choose to pay by e-transfer, US$99* must be transferred on or before the first of every month you are enrolled in the program. Failure to pay on time will result in a potential pause in your program.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will agree US$99* may be run through the assigned credit card on the 1st of every month you are enrolled in the program. If the card expires during this 12 month program, or is cancelled for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide ThyraWhitford.com with alternate means of payment. Failure to do so will result in a potential pause in your program.
If you choose to no longer be part of The Healthy Empath program before your 12 month term is over, you may be released from this agreement by providing a written request to ThyraWhitford.com, 30 days prior to the billing cycle (the 1st of every month).
When you complete the 12 month The Healthy Empath program and choose to stay with us as part of our Alumni, the fee will be US$49.50*, due the 1st of every month with the same rules of payment applying, as above.
Guarantee. If within the first 14 days of being enrolled in The Healthy Empath program, you decide it isn't a good fit, just let us know and we will release you from your obligation. Please feel free at this time to stay with us, should you choose, in our Facebook group, Calling All Empaths.
